Brooke Carney
Brooke Carney moved to southwest Florida in 2008 and works as an Education Specialist at Rookery Bay Reserve where she coordinates the Estuary Explorers program for fourth graders and designs and conducts a variety of other education programs. Previously, she lived in coastal Georgia and served as the Recycling Coordinator and Keep America Beautiful Affiliate Director for Bulloch County.
Brooke holds degrees in Biology and Public Administration from Georgia Southern University and is a self-proclaimed tree hugger and nature fanatic. Brooke and her husband, Wynn, live in Big Cypress National Preserve and enjoy gardening, kayaking, running and all sorts of other adventures. They are happy to call southwest Florida their new home.
